Terms and Conditions

1. By purchasing the services offered by KOB TV you agree to the terms and conditions in this document. 

2. After making a purchase you agree to 1-3 month of service on 1-4 devices at a time. 

3. There are absolutely no refunds after purchase. 

4. Support is provided via email at kobtvhelp@gmail.com. It can take up to 24 hours to respond to any request.  

5. KOB TV does not own any computer servers and does not host content. Channels can be added or deleted  at anytime without notice. At times streams may be down due to regular maintenance. In most cases KOB TV has no control over streaming issues as this can be caused by your internet provider, the main servers, your streaming device and/or equipment etc. 

6. At this time KOB TV has 4 service packages. Once you purchase the service packages you agree to these terms for the duration of the of the service contract. The term is for one, two or three month and will renew as long as payment is received before the expiration date. Since the agreement is on a 1 to 3 month basis, the contract is terminated at the end of the term if no payment is received.

7. Payments are due before the expiration date which is shown on your media player. You will receive an email invoice approximately 5 days before the expiration date. The email will contain a Pay Now button which will allow you to make payment via credit or debit card. You can also make payment via Cash App or Zelle. Please keep in mind, the email notice is just a courtesy, and your payment is due whether you receive a notice or not. If payment is not received by the expiration date, service will be interrupted until payment is received. Your payment can also be made on our website.       

8. Our agreement only allows the maximum number of streaming  devices simultaneously you paid and agreed to. Any attempts to stream more than the limited number of devices at a time, will lock your account out. Multiple attempts to stream more than the agreed number of devices and thus being locked out, will cause your account to be permanently revoked. 


Required Streaming Equipment  

1. High Speed Internet Service (At least 20 Mbps)

2.  Modem that can handle fast internet streaming speeds

3. Up-to-date Router 

4. Streaming device (Fire Stick, Android device, smart phone, etc.)

We recommend you watch all of the tutorial videos linked on the home page of this website. Many of the questions you have may be answered in one of the videos.
